Kid Halloween Party

Tesera, a friend from the Hyde Park Ward, called me last Friday and invited me over to her house to help her with her little girls' Halloween party. I was so excited because....

1. I love kids, especially little girls.

2. I love holidays, especially Halloween.

3. I love throwing parties!

It was super fun and her little girls are way cute. She dressed them up like cupcakes. Lucy cracked me up because she has a British accent and she is only 3. She uses words like, "May I?" and "Shall I?" and "nappy" instead of diaper. She told Tesera the next day that I was her new favorite friend. :) For the party, I helped Tesera make Halloween shaped sandwiches with cookie cutters, fruit kabobs, orange frosting for the cupcakes, and pumpkin chocolate chip bread. She also did a cool idea where you make an orange jello cup out of a orange bowl made from a real orange. They looked like little pumpkins. Way cute. I can't wait to be a mom and plan fun parties like this for my kids around the holidays!
